The Center of Hope is an Office of Juvenile Justice and Delinquency Prevention grantee that is supported by the National Gang Center’s Training and Technical Assistance program. Marcel coordinates the center’s Kuji Youth Radio initiative, which is a prevention and intervention program that uses podcasting as a strategy for reaching and providing opportunities to youth exposed to gang violence.
